Water is an essential component in the food and beverage industry. It is used for cleaning, processing and mixing ingredients. However, water of the right quality is not always readily available. Raw water sources may contain contaminants that affect the taste, appearance and safety of the final product. Therefore, proper water treatment processes are critical.
At the conference, participants of the National Association of Water Supply and Drainage will discuss how water treatment affects product quality and consumer safety.
The conference will be held with the support of the industry consortium "Construction and Architecture" of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation. Representatives of specialized ministries and departments, industry experts, chief engineers and ecologists of RSOs and industry enterprises are invited.
