In the first half of 2025, the production of fermented beverages in Russia increased by 3.9%!

According to Rosalkogoltobakkontrol, in January-May, brewers produced 366.5 million decalitres of beer and beer drinks - 3.7% more than last year. The bulk of the products is beer with a strength of up to 8.6° (317.3 million decalitres, +2.4%).

It is interesting that the production of mead increased by 20%, reaching 1.5 million decalitres, and cider increased by 15.1% - to 3.9 million decalitres. In just five months, 372 million decalitres of fermented beverages were produced.

In May, beverage production increased by 9.6% compared to April, amounting to 88.2 million decalitres. Experts note the growth due to the whitening of the market and a shift in demand to weak alcoholic beverages. 🍻✨
