The annual competition for the quality of water and non-alcoholic products is held with the support and participation of government agencies responsible for standardizing packaged drinking water, including natural mineral water, as well as testing water to determine its chemical content, physical and biological properties, and microbiological indicators, as well as the standardization of non-alcoholic beverages with juice, fruit drinks, vegetable raw materials, flavorings, special-purpose beverages, and mineral water.
Any legal entity of the Russian Federation, foreign countries, and neighboring countries that produces water and non-alcoholic products, duly registered in accordance with the legislation of its country of location, including micro- and mini-enterprises, can participate in the competition.

The leading industry competition in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation (in terms of the number of members of the Expert Jury and the number of products submitted for the competition).
The competition is held with the participation of representatives of state executive and legislative authorities responsible for issues related to the production and circulation of alcoholic beverages, as well as the Center for the Development of Promising Technologies, Rosagroleasing JSC, and Rosspirtprom JSC.
The samples are evaluated by an international, experienced, and independent expert jury consisting of representatives from science and business.
