The forum will be held with the participation of the Federal Service for Alcohol and Tobacco Market Regulation.
The Absolute Degree Forum is a meeting place for representatives of the brewing, wine, spirits, vodka, and related industries.
The Forum will address issues of legislative and technical regulation, summarize interim results, and outline prospects for further innovative development of the alcohol market in the Russian Federation.
Representatives of federal executive and legislative authorities will participate in the Forum.
The Forum's business program is currently being developed and will be available on the website in 2026.

- Technical TourAfter the forum, there will be a technical tour of the exhibition for producers of wine products, low-alcohol and strong alcoholic beverages.
The main goal of the technical tour is to broaden the horizons of specialists and improve their skills by introducing them to the latest professional equipment, technologies, packaging, and/or ingredients under the guidance of experienced curators.
