The master class is useful for production directors, chief technologists, and brewers.

All possible points of physical loss of extractive substances at the brewery are shown, indicating the benchmark and the physical essence of extract losses at each stage of beer production and bottling. A set of simple technological and organizational measures is provided to reduce extract losses throughout the plant.

The master class is intended for CEOs, SC directors, operational directors, plant directors, and branch directors.

The master class describes the main basic KPIs by which a brewery should be managed in the field of safety, quality, efficiency and level of service. The calculation methodology is presented, operating procedures are described, as well as typical and industry-best values. The master class covers the topic of regular management and tools for closing gaps between the goal and the current KPI value.
