Today, in the strong alcohol market, there has been virtually a complete “whitewashing” of the market and all players play under the same conditions. At the same time, in the Russian market, a significant share of strong alcohol is sold through retail chains, which allows chains to pursue an aggressive policy in terms of the price of purchased products. And in these conditions, one of the product values becomes low production costs, which can only be achieved with effective production and purchasing management technology.
